We collect the account information you give us (name, email or phone, and anything you add to your pet profiles) to run the service — showing you your pets, orders, health records, and community activity. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data you add about your pets (health logs, photos, notes) is visible only to you and to organizations you've explicitly connected with (e.g. a vet clinic you've booked an appointment with). Community posts, lost-and-found alerts, and adoption inquiries are visible to other users as part of using those features.
